Triple Winner at 2009 SEBC Aurora Awards:
Kay Green Design was honored with three awards for their interior merchandising of the Arrowstone model in Opelike, Alabama. The model won an Aurora Award, Grand Aurora Award and Best in State. The home, located in National Village, was built by Conner Bros. Construction Company, Inc. and marketed by the talented team at Ingram and Associates.
Other news for KGD at the SEBC include presenting an interior merchandising educational seminar, taste-testing Sherwin Williams low VOC paint with Terra Verde collaborator Dr. Anna Marie, hostessing a spontaneous networking reception and Kay's prestigious honor of being elected to the Florida Housing Hall of Fame. Kay Green Design - Silver Winner at the 2008 International Builders Show's National Awards
In addition to being honored at the Nationals Awards as a Silver and Regional winner of the Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced $1 Million to $2 Million, Kay Green Design presented their award-winning interior design ideas on a grand total of five educational programs throughout the week. Interior design guru, Kay Green, joined industry colleagues Thursday morning for "The Brunch Bunch Presents the Latest in Design Trends." Friday morning also proved inspiring for builders who attended Green's "108 Marketing Ideas for 2008" in the Convention Center's grand auditorium. In addition to Green's education programs, Kay Green Design's Ashley Jennings debuted as a speaker at the International Builder's Show with two additional speaker sessions on Amazing Spaces and designing for Generation X.

Big Impact at the 2007
International Builders Show
Creating multi-award winning model homes, Kay Green Design's superior interior design work in the Live Oak IV model earned the firm a Silver Award and a Regional Award at The Nationals on February 7th for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model - $1 Million - $2 Million.
Kay Green Design was also recognized for their beautiful interior design of the banquet's "living room" spaces located in the lobby of the ballroom. The KGD design team created a warm, inviting space for banquet attendees to relax, enjoy a signature "Kay Green Apple Martini" from the bar, and watch the Nationals Awards on the large flat screen HD televisions. |

Trina Ripley Excellence in Education Award
Kay Green, MIRM, President of Kay Green Design in Orlando, Florida, was recognized for her extraordinary commitment to the educational efforts of the Institute of Residential Marketing. A 20-year instructor of the IRM III certification course, Green continues to teach builders, architects and interior designers how to market homes through interior merchandising.
