Senior Model Home Designer

Responsibilities

The Senior Model Home Designer is responsible for implementing interior design projects for our clients, from space planning and presentation to installation. Job responsibilities include preparing construction documents for wall, ceiling and floor details; selecting home finishes, furniture, art and accessories; and attending walk-throughs and client meetings when needed to convey the company’s design ideas and implementations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
  • CADD proficient
  • Team player who sees the company as a whole, while understanding that each staff member is equally vital to success
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with full-time dedication
  • Travel approx. 30% for out-of-town projects, with overnight stay

Assistant Model Home Designer

Responsibilities

The Assistant Model Home Designer is responsible for assisting Senior Designers on interior design projects across the nation. Job responsibilities include assisting senior designers with space planning, furniture, fabric selections and preparing presentation boards.

Requirements

  • Entry level to 2 years experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
  • CADD proficient
  • Team player who sees the company as a whole, while understanding that each staff member is vital to success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with full-time dedication
  • Travel approximately 30% to in-state and out-of-state projects with overnight stay

Purchaser

Responsibilities

The Purchaser is responsible for placing orders and order entries; preparing and processing purchasing paperwork; expediting shipments to ensure that merchandise arrives on time; and working closely with interior designers.

Requirements

  • Previous purchasing experience required
  • Team player who sees the company as a whole, while understanding that each staff member is equally vital to success
  • Ability to work indepentently in a fast paced environment with full time dedication
