Senior Model Home Designer
Overview of responsibilities:
- designer is responsible for interior design projects across the nation
- implement interior designs from space planning and presentation to installation
- prepare construction documents for wall, ceiling & floor details
- select home finishes, furniture, art and accessories
- attend walk throughs and client meetings when necessary, conveying the company design ideas and implementation of the design
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
- CADD proficient
- team player who sees the company as a whole, while understanding that each staff member is equally vital to success
- ability to work in a high paced environment with full time dedication
- travel approx 30%, for out-of-town projects, with overnight stay

Assistant Model Home Designer
The Assistant Designer is responsible for assisting Senior Designers on interior design projects across the nation. Responsibillities include assisting senior designers with space planning, furniture, fabric selections and preparing presentation boards.
Requirements:
- entry level to 2 years experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
- CADD proficient
- Team player who sees the company as a whole, while understanding that each staff member is vital to success
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with full time dedication
- Travel approximately 30% to in-state and out-of-state projects with overnight stay
