In early 2008, Kay Green Design remodeled the interior design of this Charlotte North Carolina apartment community clubhouse and leasing office.
This apartment community's target market primarily consisted of young professionals who worked in the city, and some young families with children. We merchandised the interiors to specifically attract that demographic, selecting bold red and gold colors and furnishing spaces that encourage the social interaction that younger generations prefer - perfect for getting friends together for a special celebration or a poker tournament! |

In the Arbors at Lee Vista apartment community, Kay Green Design repositioned the clubhouse, by updating the interior colors to caramel, chocolate brown and rich gold. One room was refurnished as a cyber cafe with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV - and of course wireless internet access!
