Kay Green Design Wins Big at International Builder's Show

Kay Green Design, a national interior merchandising firm based in Orlando, received multiple awards during the International Builder's Show in Orlando, Florida.

Kay Green Design took home several awards at the Best in American Living Awards, (BALA), the foremost residential design competition in the country:

  • Gold - Best Amenity/Facility for a 5,001-10,000 square ft
    model home at Mirabay in Apollo Beach Florida
  • Gold - Best Kitchen in a home up to 3,000 square ft
    model at Reunion Resort & Club Orlando, FL
  • Silver - Best detail in a production home at
    Grand Hampton Tampa, FL for best built-in feature in the family room

Now in its 22 nd year, BALA has grown to 41 categories, with 14 interior design categories including best kitchen, best bath, best specialty room, and best detail.

NATIONALS

Kay Green Design brought home a Silver at The Nationals and the BALA awards banquets for superior design in Taylor Woodrow's Bianca model at Grand Hampton model home.

Creating multi-award winning model homes, Kay Green Design's superior work in The Bianca at Grand Hampton earned the firm a Silver Award at The Nationals on January 13th for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model - $650,000 - $1,000,000. Silver Award winners at The Nationals are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award, which were announced and presented during the International Builder's Show in Orlando. Kay Green Design was also recognized with a Silver Award for the Best Interior Merchandising of a Model - under $250,000 at the Davenport in the Villa Collection Townhome Series in Cary, NC.
