Kay Green Design Brings Home Record Wins at 2006 SEBC

Kay Green Design, a national interior merchandising firm based in Orlando, received more awards than ever before during the South East Builder's Conference (SEBC) held August 3-5 in Orlando, Florida.
EXCEL AWARDS:
Kay Green Design won several Excel Awards for their superior, innovative and creative model home interior merchandising:
- Gold - Best Interior Merchandising for New Single-Family Attached/Detached Home $150,001-$300,000 for the Jamison model in Cape Coral, FL
- Silver - Best Interior Merchandising- New Home Sales Center for the welcome center at FishHawk Ranch in Lithia, FL
- Bronze - Best Interior Merchandising for New Single-Family Attached/Detached Home Over $500,001 for the Armani model at Founder's Club in Sarasota, FL
Now in its 16 th year, t he Excel Awards are presented by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Florida Home Builders Association for superior, innovative and creative sales and marketing in the building industry. Award recipients were recognized at the Excel Awards Cocktail Reception held on Friday, August 4 th at the Rosen Center hotel.
AURORA AWARDS
Creating multi-award winning model homes, Kay Green Design's superior merchandising in the Bayside model at Apollo Beach earned the design firm a Grand Aurora Award for the Interior Merchandising - $300,001-$500,000 category. Aurora Award winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Grand Aurora Award and the coveted Golden Aurora Award. Aurora winners were announced and presented during the Aurora Awards banquet held at the Rosen Center hotel on Saturday August 5 th . Kay Green Design was also recognized with a Grand Aurora Award for their captivating interior merchandising work in the St. Charles II model at Oak Leaf Hammock , and an Aurora Award for the beautiful Live Oak IV model at Lakewood Ranch.
Founded in 1975, Kay Green Design merchandises model homes, sales centers and recreational facilities at multi-family and single-family communities throughout the Southeast, Northeast and Midwestern U.S., and the Caribbean.
The 2006 SEBC drew a record crowd of over 16,000 attendees to view 1,039 exhibits and 65 educational programs. The region's largest home building industry trade show and educational conference for 28 years, SEBC attracts builders, architects, engineers, interior designers, and manufacturers from 12 states. |
